Should I alert someone if I have a medical condition?
Advise the reception or spa management if you have any serious medical conditions or if you are taking medication prior to the first treatment. This will enable us to direct you to the best treatments to suit your needs. |

What if I need to cancel a Spa treatment?
If you change your plans, we ask that you give us 24 hours notice. Due to our scheduling requirements, we are unable to refund cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to a scheduled treatment, but usually, we can reschedule. |

May I bring my valuables?
Absolute Sanctuary is an extremely safe place, but we do ask that you leave any valuables and jewelry in the safe in your hotel room. |

Should I do anything specific before or after a treatment?
We ask that you please shower before each treatment and check-in at least 10 minutes prior to your treatment. Male guests, for a facial treatment, please shave at least 3 hours prior.
If you will be sunbathing after your treatment, we advise you shower off any oils remaining from the treatment. If you are sun burnt, we may advise again certain treatments as they may be uncomfortable. |

Smoking and the use of cellular phones is prohibited in the spa. If you are more than 10 minutes late for an appointment, we cannot guarantee your treatment. |

What should I bring with me?
You don’t need to bring anything for your treatment. For any outdoor treatment, like Thai Massage, we provide you with a set of loose comfortable clothing for you to wear during your massage. For treatments in the indoor rooms, we provide robes, slippers and disposable undergarments for your use. |
